Villas at Island Club is located in the very popular Lindfileds Boulevard area just off 192 West, placing it less than five miles from Walt Disney Worlds Maingate entrance. As one of the first planned communities west of the Walt Disney World area, Lindfields was one of first Subdivisions to design the spacious and luxurious homes around conservation area and incorporate the open space that this area seems to be so well known for.

The development consists of Caribbean styled two storey condominium buildings, holding two, three and four bedroom condos, centered on two clubhouses. Each unit also provides either a patio, or balcony. Many of the homes overlook the landscaped lake with water feature or the conservation area.

As you drive through the entrance of the community the pastel colored homes, and pristine landscaped gardens provide a warm welcome. The entire Lindfields area is always impeccably maintained, and being a private road this also means that the area is always safe and quiet.

On-site facilities include two clubhouses located at either end of the community. At each clubhouse you will find a heated swimming pool and an outdoor spa bath. At the top club house there is also a fully air-conditioned gym, a tennis courts and a games room. Also the community has recently added a sand volleyball court, shuffleboard area, childrens play area and a communal barbeque area. These facilities are all available without charge to guests and residents of Villas at Island Club, and are designed to promote the communal aspects of your vacation.

Although Villas at Island Club is located at the 'quiet' end of 192, that does not mean that it is short of nearby facilities. Less than five minutes away in a car you are able to find a 24 hour Walmart Supercentre, a Publix superstore and a 24 hour Walgreens Pharmacy. You will also find banks, restaurants, bars and shops all within a very short distance. Looking for some activity, no problem, you are only one quarter mile from the Orange Lake Country Club, a USPGA Championship Golf Course. There are of-course dozens of other golf courses located only a short drive away.
