Lake Berkley Resort is a peaceful, gated community set amongst mature oak trees and surrounding a large natural spring fed lake. It comprises about 120 pool homes of various sizes and around 66 spacious Mediterranean style townhouses with 3 and 4 bedroom units.

The resort is amazingly tranquil considering that it is just two minutes from the busy Highway 192 with it’s multitude of shops, restaurants, entertainments, dinner shows and a huge 24 hour Walmart Supercenter. There are miniature golf courses and for those who like the full size game, plenty of great courses close by.

It is just 10 minutes from Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM & Animal Kingdom theme parks, also Seaworld & Discovery Cove and around 20 minutes from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

Within an hour’s drive you will also find Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, and the Kennedy Space Center. There are many great beaches within easy reach including Cocoa and Daytona Beaches on the Atlantic coast and Clearwater and St. Pete’s on the Gulf Coast.

Lake Berkley was built by Park Square Homes between 2000 and 2002, and apart from the superb lake, with it’s nature walks, fishing jetty, volleyball court, barbeque area and kiddies totlot playground, it also features a large purpose built clubhouse with heated pool and spa. The clubhouse is available to all guests and has a well equipped fitness studio, pool tables, airhockey, arcade games, fast internet connected computers and a small shop.

There are also tennis courts on site and a new basketball court is planned.

Safety is a key feature at Lake Berkley, with 24 hour security guards on the gates, and the heated resort swimming pool is enclosed within ornamental railings and lights, with adult height catches on the gate.
