    Why a Condo or a Townhouse?
    This is your vacation, and you want to enjoy it with your friends and family, so why spend it packed into a small hotel room? Now you can enjoy the freedom, space, and luxury of a privately owned home. Vacationing in a Condo or Townhouse means being able to do what you want, when you want. It's your choice, this is especially important when travelling with young children. Back to top


    How do I select a home?
    We have designed this site to be as easy as possible to use. To select your perfect vacation home all you need to do is select the number of bedrooms you need from the drop down box on the homepage, then click "Search Now" and a list of all homes of that size will be displayed. You then pick your perfect vacation Condo or Townhouse from the list, and complete the request form at the bottom of the advert. If you can't pick one home you can send a general request to all homeowners. To do this simply fill in the form at the bottom of the listing page and click submit, all homeowners able to accomodate you will be in touch. Back to top


    How do I contact the owner of a home?
    If you want to get in touch with a specific homeowner, you can send them a specific request. To do this, go to their advert, and fill in the specific request form at the bottom of the page, and include any questions you have in the Requests/Comments box. The homeowner will receive these details by email, and will get back to you as soon as possible. Back to top


    Can I be sure that the home/homeowner is genuine?
    YES! All our homeowners are required to verify their properties to us twice a year. To do this the homeowner must provide us with documentation which proves that they own the property and are able to rent it out. If a homeowner fails to verify their property with us, then their advert will be suspended and you will not see it. Therefore all adverts that you can see, are verified Back to top


    How do I pay for the Condo/Townhouse rental?
    Because all of our vacation Condo and Townhouse rentals are privately owned, the method of payment will vary from home to home. Almost all of our owners can accept payment by check or wire transfer. Many of our owners can also accept payment by credit card or through PayPal. If you have any questions, then just ask either us via our Contact us page, or ask the individual home owners who will be happy to help. Back to top

    Why list my Condo/Townhouse here?
    Unlike other vacation rental sites, we specialize on Condos and Townhouses. Not just specialize, thats all we have. We can see the benefits of both owning and staying in a Condo/Townhouse, and we are passing this information onto our prospective customers. Americans and Canadians in particular, prefer to stay in Condo and Townhouses, and that is why we are centering all our marketing in the American and Canadian markets. We are not forgetting the European markets either, we are sending information to these customers, letting them know that there is more to a vacation home than just a pool. Back to top


    How do I join?
    We have designed the site to be as easy as possible to use. To join our site you can either click on "Homeowners - Click here to join" on the homepage or visit our joining page by clicking here The process is quick and easy and only involves three steps. The first step is setting up your user details, such as your username and password. The next stage requires you to fill in your personal details. The third and final stage is the completion of your online advert, including uploading your photographs. The whole application process is internet based, and there are full onscreen instructions.     How much does it cost?
    The all important cost factor. The annual cost of membership is only $30 (STG£15). Thats it. There are no hidden charges, no commissions, no costs for changing your photographs and certainly no charges for asking for help. We want our site to be a cost effective method for our members to advertise their homes, and once you are a member, we want you to stay a member. Back to top


    What do I get for my membership fee?
    Once you join, your advert is included in our listing. You also get a full page advert for your home, including five photographs which you can change whenever you want. You are allowed to include a link to your own webpage (certain conditions apply) in your advert. You also get your own unique URL with us. You are able to view all general requests made through the site in the homeowners section.     Can I list multiple homes?
    In short, Yes. Provided they are your homes. We do not allow other listing agents or directories to list on their owners behalf. This is to be fair to all our members. One part of the conditions of membership is that you are able to verify to the site owners that you own the home. Also, the site has been marketed as Vacation Rental by Owners. So, if you own more than one home, as several of our members do, then feel free to list them all. If you own several homes we would be happy to work out a special membership fee to make listing with us even more cost effective. Back to top
