We, the siteowners, have invested many, many hours of hard work into
designing, building and continually developing our site. We went to great
lengths to ensure that all material, design and content was, and is original,
and our own work.
We run this site as a business, for the benefit of both our members
and our family of sites. Therefore we would consider any deliberate use
without permission, of any material, design or content to be theft, and
would take action accordingly.
This copyright statement covers not only our own site, but also the
adverts of all our members. They too have gone to great lengths to create
their own individual and unique adverts for their homes. This has also
been an investment of their time, and our resources. Any deliberate use
without permission of this material would also be considered as theft.
We consider intellectual theft a serious matter and legal action will
be taken against all offenders.
