	Spacious and beautifully maintained 4 bed townhouse. The property boasts 2 master bedrooms with full ensuite bathrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, a full kitchen, Lounge Area, Dining Area, a 3rd shared bathroom and a downstairs WC.
	Our home is located in Phase II of the beautiful new 4 Star Resort of Regal Palms. The home is bright, modern and spacious and large enough to cater for family groups. The house is ideally situated in the street adjacent to the main Clubhouse and Spa a few minutes walk away. All linens and towels are provided. The home is air conditioned and laundry facilities include washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is ample closet space and a kitchen full of crockery, cutlery and cookware. There is a small outdoor balcony just off the master bedroom on the upper floor. We have also provided 3 tvs and a DVD/VCR player for our guests to use along with a small selection of movies, so no extra charges!!!! The Regal Palms Resort has a beautiful tropical landscaped area with 2 swimming pools, a lazy river, waterslide, children's play area, children's games room, casual dining restaurant and bar. The Clubhouse bar is a Wi Fi Zone providing free wireless internet access for those of you who wish to keep in touch whilst on vacation. There is also an internet room where computers can be used for a fee. The Clubhouse has a 24 hour reception desk to accommodate late arrivals. The recently opened Spa and Gym is fully equiped with all the newest high tech equipment. The resort is family orientated and is truly a vacation paradise with ample sundecks for your sunbathing needs!!
