| Our luxury, brand new, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upper floor condo with fully screened balcony is packed with facilities to make your Florida vacation even more memorable. FREE high speed wireless internet FREE seasonal pool heating FREE use of stroller, high chair & crib FREE use of pool towels FREE local telephone calls Located just 5 miles west of Disney, just off US192 on the prestigious Grand Palms Resort, in Kissimmee, Orlando, our condo has a large, fully tiled, open plan lounge and dining room, with cable TV, DVD, VCR and mini HiFi system. We also have a selection of DVD's, videos, CD's, books and board games for your enjoyment. We have a large 3 seater sofa which converts to a queen size double bed and a 2 seater sofa. The large dining table seats 6 comfortably. We are delighted to provide our guests with FREE use of our wireless high speed internet facility. Our fully fitted kitchen has all amenities including fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, washer, dryer, cutlery, crockery, kettle, coffee maker, a breakfast table and 2 chairs. The Master bedroom has a luxurious King-size bed, cable TV, alarm clock/radio, telephone, hair dryer and ensuite bathroom with a full size bath and shower. Our second bedroom has a Queen-Size bed and cable TV and radio/alarm clock. The third bedroom has twin beds. The second bathroom is also fitted with a full size bath and shower. Each bedroom has a large closet for all your clothes. At the rear of our condo, our West facing screened balcony with a table and 4 chairs overlooks a conservation lake, and is perfect for watching those wonderful Florida sunsets. All linens (towels and sheets) are provided, together with an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner should you be missing those household chores... Grand Palms is situated close to all the Orlando attractions, including Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld and shopping malls etc. Shops, including a 24 hour Wal-Mart supermarket, pharmacy and numerous restaurants are all nearby and easily reached within minutes. Crib, stroller and high chair available at no extra cost. Telephone - FREE local calls. Grand Palms Resort boasts a large, seasonally heated swimming pool, spa pool, fitness room, Tennis Court, Bar-BQ and picnic area. We provide beach towels FREE of charge to use at the pool, and you don't have to pay extra for pool heating... There is ample car parking in the Resort. | |
