(Ideal for two families/ grandparents etc. sharing who wish to have a degree of independence). Upstairs master (Queen size bed)has cable TV and sun balcony which overlooks the large resort pool and jacuzzi spa. For safety, the pool enclosure has adult height catches on the gate. The house provides very spacious (1645 sq.ft) family accommodation at economical prices. Full kitchen and laundry facilities are provided in house with cooking stove, refrigerator with ice maker , dishwasher, microwave etc. and full size washer and dryer. Cable TV, DVD and video in the family room. Telephone. The townhouse is at the security gated resort of Lake Berkley, set amongst mature trees and surrounding a large natural lake with fishing and nature trails. Guests have full use of the resort pool and jacuzzi spa and the clubhouse which has a well equipped fitness studio, pool & air hockey tables, fast internet connection computers and a small shop. Although Lake Berkley is an oasis of peace it is surprisingly close to all the entertainment and action for which the area is famous. Two minutes from the busy US 192 and a 24 hr Walmart Supercenter, plus a multititude of other shops, restaurants, dinner shows and factory outlets. ONLY TEN MINUTES FROM DISNEY & SEAWORLD and TWENTY MINUTES FROM UNIVERSAL STUDIOS. There are also tennis & volleyball courts and a kiddies play area on site. Although Lake Berkley is a haven of tranquility and peace , it is amazingly close to all the great attractions for which Orlando and Kissimmee are world famous. Our townhouse provides practically all of the the facilities of a pool home at really economical rates!! | |
