	This 3-bedroom condo sleeps 6-8 people in comfort and is less than 10 minutes away from the Disney world complex. It is situated in Lindfields, away from the more developed parts of Kissimmee, but close to numerous shops and restaurants. Spacious, with a large lounge and cathedral ceilings, complete with ceiling fans and air conditioning for comfort. Cable TV, free long distance within the US, Hi-fi, DVD/VCR, books and games supplied. The cable package includes HBO and Fox Sports that features Premiership and continental soccer. There is a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer. There are ample stocks of cutlery, glasses etc. All towels and linens are supplied (including pool towels) except in the case of babies when the owner prefers that renters bring their own bed linens. There is, of course, a fold up cot and high chair provided free of charge. The bedrooms feature 2 queen size beds and 4 bunk beds to cater for any eventuality without the need of the fold out queen size bed in the lounge. The master suite is very large and airy with plenty of storage. French doors lead to an outside deck with patio set overlooking a lake. The childrens room features 2 sets of bunks to sleep up to 4, small tv and PS2.
