| Our fantastic Disney Condo has over 1300 sqft of airconditioned space for you and your family to relax in during your vacation in sunny Florida. The Condo is located in the Villas at Island Club resort on Lindfields, which is just off the very popular Highway 192. This means the Condo really is right next door to Mickey, only minutes from Walt Disney World and all the other major attractions, shops, restaurants and golf courses. Located nearby is the local Walmart supercentre, less than five minutes in the car to this huge store. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, the Condo is undisturbed for a good nights sleep, but still only metres from the pool area for an early morning or late night dip in the heated pool or hottub. The Condo consists of: Living Room - A large and comfortable room with vaulted ceilings offering a large screen T.V. with cable, DVD and video to keep the kids (big and small entertained). With brand new leather and suede two seater love seat and three seater sofa sleeper sofa. Also a ceiling paddle fan for comfort. Our Condo has recently been re-carpeted throughout. Dining Room - Spacious and light open plan dining area with seating at the table for six, and room at the breakfast bar for four more on the bar stools, allowing you and your friends or family to eat and talk together about the days activities and adventures. Kitchen - The light, well apointed kitchen has every possible appliance to make your stay a pleasure. Large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and more. The large size washer and separate tumble dryer are located in their own cupboard just round the corner. Master bedroom - This large master suite offers a remote control colour T.V. with cable and video, and a radio alarm clock. A super comfortable, superking bed. Ensuite showerroom. Walkin wardrobe. And sliding glass doors onto your private outdoor deck area, which is perfect for breakfast in the sun or an evening drink, as this area gets the sun almost all day. The room also has a ceiling paddle fan for comfort. So nice you may not want to leave. Second bedroom - The first of two twim rooms, offers two comfortable twin beds and large walkin wardrobes, and a radio alarm clock to help kickstart the day. Third bedroom - The third bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds and large walkin wardrobes, and a radio alarm clock to help with early morning rises. * All bedding and towels provided * Free crib available * Free local telephone calls * Free use of Hairdryer, microwave, washer, dryer * Fully air-conditioned * Managed by local management company This is more than just a home from home.
